LS-F7 intelligent top and bottom cover box making machine is used for wrapping cover paper on glued boxes. When we receive the new box, we install the box mold on the machine and input its data on the touch screen of LS-F7. Width, height, cover paper width, top mold height, middle mold height, folding knife thickness, and then press the calculation, the machine will automatically return and move to the set position. Ok, the machine can start to work. The whole process takes 8 minutes. This machine can do hemming, folding (folding length ≤ 100mm), hemming and air pressure at the same time. There is no need to replace the air plate and pocket knife. The air pressure structure is divided into two layers, and the time taken by the whole machine to complete a box is about 3 seconds. It is an ideal equipment for small batches and variable orders.
