900A Double-channel rigid box making machine is designed based on our newest technology, compared to other models on the market, 900A has higher speed and double channels for making top and bottom box at the same time. Under the stable performance it can produce 50 boxes per min, same as 25 sets of rigid box , workers can combine the top and bottom by the end of machine and pack into carton boxes without waiting and stocking. This machine not only can produce top and bottom box at the same time, but also two totally different sizes boxes at the same time. It is popular now, because one 900A has the capacity of 2 machines, what’s more, compared to the space taking and labor cost of two automatic machines, 900A takes only space of one machine and operators of one machine.

Machine introduction

LS-900A is a fully automatic rigid box molding machine. This machine can make the bottom and top at the same time, and can produce 25 pairs per minute, which means that it can make 50 boxes per minute at the fastest speed. The maximum size can reach 400*300*100mm, and the minimum size box can be 80*60*15mm.

900A is an automatic setting model, Operator only need to input the size of cover paper and the size of box, machine set up will be automatically finished. 

In the paper feeding system, servo motor and cam feeding system ensures the high speed ,accurate feeding and avoid double sheet feeding. 

In the gluing section, we apply special anti-leaking system to successfully avoid glue leaking. As we know, daily cleaning is very important for the gluing part, we have optimized the cleaning time to less than 20 seconds.

Our CCD positioning system applies two high PX cameras and Yamaha robotic arm, this system requires only 10 mins for setting . Robotic arm will pick up two type of boxes at the same time and place the boxes on the cover paper precisely.

There are two forming stations at the end of machine to finished box forming in very high speed, they are built with very strong materials, even under high-speed running, machine will not shake.

In order to avoid scratching of cover paper, we apply box pick-up system to feed the box from conveyor to the forming part. This machine can also run in single channel mode

1. Paper feeding part: Double platens can be raised and lowered independently to feed paper. The distance between the two platens is 4cm to protect the safety of workers.

2. Corner part: Continuous cardboard stacking conversion device, easy to operate. When the tape is used up, an alarm will sound in advance so that staff can replace the tape in time.

3. Enter the machine page: Digital Servo Air i quickly adjusts the size and is easy to set up.

4. Molding part: No need to replace the upper and lower sheets and foam boards.

5. Box fixing station: Different size positioning, suitable for a variety of products, and can also be switched to single positioning mode

6. Use black and white double belts to accommodate more facial tissue products.
