Machine Description
LS-900A is a fully automatic rigid box molding machine. This machine can make the bottom and top at the same time, and can produce 25 pairs per minute, which means that it can make 50 boxes per minute at the fastest speed. The maximum size can reach 400*300*100mm, and the minimum size box can be 80*60*15mm.
Machine features
1. Paper feeding part: The double pressure plates can be lifted and lowered independently to feed paper. The distance between the two pressure plates is 4 cm to protect workers' safety.
2. Corner part: non-stop cardboard stacking conversion device, easy to operate. When the tape runs out, an alarm will be issued in advance so that staff can replace the tape in time.
3. Enter the machine page: Servo Air i digital quickly adjusts the size and is easy to set up.
4. Molding parts: no need to change blades on upper and lower blades, foam board
5. Box fixing station: Positioning of different sizes, suitable for a variety of products, can also be switched to individual positioning mode
6. Use double black and white belts to adapt to more facial tissue products
