Machine Description
The 1246B is designed based on 16 years of experience in manufacturing Tenchi box machines. Compared to other models on the market, 1246B is faster and has a maximum size range of 400*600*120mm. Performance is stable and can produce 15 to 25 boxes per minute. The automatic setting function greatly simplifies your box manufacturing work.
LS-1246B is used for manufacturing hard boxes, paper boxes, cosmetic boxes, ring boxes, shoe boxes, lip-shaped boxes, etc. Ideal for cosmetic boxes, jewelry boxes, mobile phone boxes, etc.
Cardboard supply structure: Place the cardboard on the workbench, use the vacuum nozzle to suction and separate the cardboard, convey it through the roller belt to the center of the spindle, and wait for the forming of the spindle. When loading paper, you can use the button on the left to raise or lower the pressure plate.
Corner Paste: Heat the copper head to hot melt the tape. A spindle die forces the cardboard into the limit plate, and a copper head folds the box.
Box body removal structure: Remove the squared box blank and drop it stably onto the box blank conveyor belt.
Positioning part: It has a high-definition camera, which can accurately position, and a high-precision robot suction box, with an accuracy of ±0.1mm.
Finished product effect: The machine has dual cylinders, which allows the product to have better foaming effect without leaving any traces.
Machine system: The machine adopts bus motion control system. The operation is efficient and stable, using a suction box holding mechanism.
