The operator only needs to input the cover paper size and box size, and the machine setting will be done automatically by the computer and the servo motor control system.
The paper feeding system adopts Panasonic servo motor and cam paper feeding system, which ensures the high speed and accuracy of paper feeding. In the gluing part, we have adopted a special anti-leakage system, successfully avoiding glue leakage. We know that daily cleaning is very important for gluing parts, we optimize the cleaning time to less than 20 seconds.
Our CCD positioning system uses two highly-configured German Basler cameras and a Yamaha robotic arm, and the system only takes 7 minutes to complete the setup. A unique feature of this product compared to other models on the market is that our two fixed cameras do not need to be moved from the small size to the large size during machine setup.
