LS-1200S automatic digital carton paper slotting machine is specially designed for thin paper slotting, with high precision and easy operation. It is capable of notching thin paper (250-600 gsm) and cardboard (0.8-2.5mm). The working speed is 35m/min. It can process 8 slots at a time. Add more V-groove inserts if needed. 12 V-groove bald seats can be added. The cutting angle of the V-groove is 80-120 degrees.
It uses a conveyor belt to feed the paper to the grooved area, and the three sections ensure easier feeding of thin papers as it has higher friction. A single alignment system eliminates the need for replacement for different sizes and unique shapes. Only the left side is required to be straight.
The grooving part is equipped with 8 high-precision tool holders. Each blade position is displayed on the touch screen. So that the operator can adjust the slotting position accordingly. This makes setup easier and more accurate. After slotting, the finished product will be conveyed to the front. Waste will collect on the back.
