The feed adjustment system can transport finished products and waste materials separately, making your work easier. The double-blade profile production line is suitable for more products. Double cardboard feeding station increases production capacity. The slotting angle adjustment range is 80-140 degrees. This slotting machine is efficient and flexible, and has a paper deflection correction system. The largest grooving size is 1000*600mm, the smallest grooving size is 140*120mm, and the fastest grooving speed is 40 meters per minute.

LS-1200B applies a belt feeding system and a double opening and closing system to ensure constant and accurate cardboard feeding to the slotting area. In the grooving area, it applies large rollers with a diameter of 60 cm and a pressure belt to transfer the pallets through the grooving blades. After completion, the conveyor will deliver the grooved cardboard to the front side, and the corner waste and groove waste will be sent to the back.
This roller groover has been started in 2012 and is now popular in the packaging industry. It is an ideal equipment for grooving cardboard, MDF board and tissue paper.
Main advantages
One machine can be used dually, with two-way slotting for the sky and ground cover and one-way slotting for the leather shell. The equipment can switch functions when needed.
The stability advantage of the product's semi-overlapping steering mechanism: it can be in a semi-overlapping state when turning from the first lane to the second lane, and the speed of the steering part can be appropriately slower than the same speed. The stability is improved without affecting the speed of the whole machine.
Use of production leather shells: The belt computer setting of the steering conveyor department can convey forward and reverse. When producing leather shells, there is no need to go through the second pass to produce the finished product. The steering belt is directly set to reverse, and the first groove is sent directly to the receiving machine.

1. The pressure roller continuously feeds paper and completes the plate milling process in one go.
2. The grooves are milled on the reverse side to make the paper dust fall under the table, and the sealed air suction mechanism is used to suck the paper dust into the bag.
3. It can mill gray cardboard, fine corrugated cardboard, honeycomb cardboard, and MDF. The height of the pressure roller is adjusted according to the thickness of the cardboard. There is no need to adjust the height of the tool. The structure is reasonable and easy to operate.
