> Before the machine leaves the factory:
We will conduct a comprehensive test on the machine and take a video for the customer to confirm.After that we will arrange the machine for shipment.
> Transportation:
1.Before Transportation we will apply with anti-rust oil and pack the machine with three layers of protection: Bubble film, Preservative film, Wooden cases to avoid bump, rust and other accidents during transportation. 2.When preparing for the shipment, we will take photos of every steps to let customer know the truly suition about the machine, such as packing with wooden box, writing shipping mark and loading in the container and so on.
> Installation:
1.We will provide installation video and operation instructions or calling online to explain the installation procedures. 2.Installation Services are available with all our machines. If you need we can dispatch technician to customer's factory for installation and preoperation of machines. ( Customers only need to pay the airfare and hotel)
> Training Service:
Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.(Customers only need to pay the airfare and hotel)
> Warranty:
1.All machine have ONE year warranty, during the period, machine parts reparir and replace are free. 2.If you have any questions about the machine,please feel free to contact us, our engineers will help you to resolve(via Wechat or Whatsapp).
