LS-450plus is a multi-functional visual positioning machine. It can realize the positioning of hard boxes and hardcovers. It can also be used as paper lining, one machine has multiple uses, and the working mode can be switched with one click. The visual positioning system can be upgraded. Equipped with dual cameras, the cameras are located on both sides of the center of the conveyor belt. Camera position is calibrated at the factory. If there is a deviation, the camera position can be adjusted by adjusting the upper camera "mounting plate". After the camera takes a picture, the system identifies the color difference in the photo for positioning. If the color of tissue paper and facial tissue conveyor belt are similar, it can be solved by changing the color of the belt.
