LS-1200S fully automatic digital carton paper slotting machine is specially designed for slotting thin paper, with high precision and easy operation. Can groove tissue paper (250-600 gsm) and cardboard (0.8-2.5 mm). The working speed is 35m/min and 8 grooves can be processed at the same time. Add V-groove blades as needed. 12 additional V-groove head mounts can be installed. The cutting angle of V-groove is 80 to 120 degrees.
Use the transfer belt to feed the paper into the slot area. These three parts provide greater friction and facilitate tissue paper feeding. Use a single alignment system to accommodate different sizes and unique shapes without the need for replacement. Only the left side should be straight.
The grooving section is equipped with eight high-precision tool holders. The position of each blade is displayed on the touch screen. Therefore, the operator can adjust the slot position accordingly. This makes setup easier and more accurate. After grooving, the finished product is conveyed forward. Debris will collect on the back.
