Our CCD positioning system applies two high configuration German Basler cameras and Yamaha robotic arm, this system requires only 7 mins for setting. there is one unique feature of this section compared to other models on the market, our two fixed cameras do not need to be moved from small sizes to big sizes during machine setting.
LS-1246D includes corner gluing, paper gluing, box positioning, double box forming stations and air pressure to complete at the same time. This machine adopts visual positioning, which is convenient for positioning and high in positioning efficiency. The forming station is automatically fixed, which greatly reduces the time for fixing the whole machine.
