About LS-1200B
LS-1200B automatic cardboard grooving machine is used for V-shaped grooving of corrugated board. 80 to 140 degree V groove processing is possible. You can open up to 8 slots at a time (depending on cardboard size). The fastest working speed of this machine is 40m/min, about 100-200 pcs/min.
Adopting a belt feeding method and a double opening/closing method, the cardboard is continuously and accurately fed into the slotting area. In the slotting area, large rollers with a diameter of 60 cm and press belts are used to transport the pallets through the slotting blades. When complete, the conveyor sends fluted cardboard to the front of the machine and corner waste and fluted waste to the rear.
