900C is designed based on LONGXINGSHN MACHINERY's more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing rigid box machines. Compared with other models on the market, 900C has higher speed and a maximum size range of up to 400*300*100mm. With stable performance, 50 boxes can be produced per minute, and the top and bottom of the box can be positioned simultaneously. In addition, double hardcover boxes can be positioned at the same time. The machine has two main parts: dual feeding and glue dispensing systems, and a box visual positioning station. It can be used as a box with high and low sides, or as a single box. Book cover box, book cover, paper, lining.
This model has conveyor belts on both sides and has a wide range of applications. Two boxes of different sizes can be positioned at the same time. For rigid boxes, this model of machine can position the bottom and top of the box at the same time. This machine can process up to 25 pairs of boxes per minute at the fastest, which is equivalent to processing 50 boxes of materials per minute. This saves time and labor for box manufacturers. Able to produce perfect boxes for manufacturers and suitable for both large and small orders

1.Before Transportation we will apply with anti-rust oil and pack the machine with three layers of protection: Bubble film, Preservative film, Wooden cases to avoid bump, rust and other accidents during transportation.
2.When preparing for the shipment, we will take photos of every steps to let customer know the truly suition about the machine, such as packing with wooden box, writing shipping mark and loading in the container and so on.
